We are very excited to welcome Willespie Winery for a horizontal tasting across 2010. The region experienced one of the hottest summers on record. Crops were strong and harvest was fast. It produced some exceptional wines for the grapes harvested before the rains arrived.

Willespie have been producing wines that reflect the vineyard’s terroir, the sunshine hours and the natural rainfall of the region since 1976.

32 acres of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Shiraz, Cabernet Franc, Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, Verdelho, Chardonnay and Riesling. The vineyard is dry grown and celebrating 40 years and many accolades since the first plantings.

We will be joined by wine maker Nathan Schultz to take us through his 2010 vintage.

Georgi Partenov has created a paired menu to enjoy with these wines.
